Training hard to win easy along top athletes & coaches gives me besides medailles, strenght, knowledge health and joy a lot of ambition. I don’t aim for succes, by doing what I love to do and believe in it, it will come naturally. In 2007 I started giving training to children in tough neighbourhoods. By seeing them reaching goals in life through sport I received a lot of self-satisfaction and discovered a whole new part of me. I finished my Bachelor in Business Administration and started focusing myself on sport psychology and giving training besides my part-time job as a Real Estate Advice and Planning Consultant. Day by day I inspire more and more people by giving training and get inspired myself to keep developing my training skills; a never ending vicious circle. As a trainer I want to give my athletes all the ‘bricks’ they need to reach their goals in life through sport. The key essentials to my training are structure, variation, technique and enthusiasm. Never know what to expect; except knowing you get faster and more enthusiastic to reach your ultimate goal by challenging yourself with a wide variation of technique exercises.
